OK, I know a lot of you are going to think that I am crazy, but think about this.

Players that were highlighted last season that stayed on Arizona:
1) Larry Fitzgerald
2) Carlyle Holiday
3) Kurt Warner
4) Not a top defense, but with the new offense they will be more pumped up.

Players obtained in the offseason:
1) EDGERRIN JAMES : all i have to say is what a pickup. Now they have a running game.
2) Matt Leinart : How much of a steal was this. They are very lucky. But although he is not starting this season, he will still be behind Kurt who turned it on at the end of last season, but he will learn a lot behind Kurt.

Who thinks that Arizona will be a playoff contender now, if not this year, definately next year.

It helps to play in the worst division in the NFC (of course I can't say too much about my Packers - the NFC North stinks too!

) The Sheriff did pretty good on draft day (and signing Edge will make that offense score some serious points. They will give up a ton too but they should be entertaining). Playoffs in 2007-08 season . . .

Defense wins super bowls though nowadays. It has not been since the greatest show on turf that this was not the case.... perhaps they will be just that though.

I had forgotten Arizona even had an NFL team. I thought they had given up.

actually they were Fantasy $ when it came to WR's. 100 yds and a touch coming from both sides. With Edge they will be even more open this year, ? is can we all put up with Mrs. Warner for another year.

I guess Kurt's run is over, now that they've Matt Leinart ? This could be a competitive team, especially with "The Edge" As a Giants fan - I'm kind of glad they're out of the division. Philly is in disarray, Cowboys will be (hm.. anyone sees common denominator ? ) - all "we" have to do is to deal with the Skins...

i wish i had the right to talk about football, but being a die-hard fan of the 49ers, i can't really talk haha...its alright, we've got 5 superbowls under our belt so that should do the talking for now...although we need to start contending real soon or else we're gunna have to change our names to the texans...

Not only do you have 5 super bowls, but you have 2 of the best quarterbacks ever, THE best receiver, and top rated defenses. That should hold you over for a while...They are my father's favorite team as well.

Hey Raf now I know why you impressed me and it was not your game it was the common sense you show for BIG BLUE.Been a fan since Charley Connerly and my Dad even longer.Loved pick up of Arrington and Moss in the draft could be a real steal. We will really miss Kendaric Allen though but hopefully Joseph will finnally get through one whole season without getting hurt.

Wow, what a lefthanded compliment, thanks flap

Anyway - I can't call myself a "true-blue" - after all I'm in the country only a bit over 10 years, so I wasn't born with a football in my hand (back in Poland soccer was "the sh$%t" and I haven't heard about american football until I moved to germany in 1989... but now, I'm with you. I think draft was pretty good, however I'd like to see them improve the secondary, which was a bit shaky last season. Looking forward to a great year, I really like that kid Jacobs at RB and WR named Moss haven't been an upset in the NFL yet

ugh... not sure if it's a wise decision... ever since he left the Rams, especially during his episode in NY - I think he's done. Too scared, too slow... I think if the team doesn't win off the bat - Matt will see some action.

The skins will be very tough, as will the boysif Tuna can keep TO in line. The eagles will be very solid defensivley, but have not addressed the offensive problems(RB/WR) Thje Giants could still win that division, but my money is on the skins

    • Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun. I hope to play more of the courses in the future, but tomorrow is promised to no one, so hope is the key word. Have Fun, iSank

    • Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
