Not sure where you are in Illinois, but here's my golf forecast for Saturday, keeping my fingers crossed.

Hehe mine was a slight exageration its been in the 40's constantly, but a couple times we've gone out expecting 40's and it was in the 30's by the end of the round.

I live about an hour south of chicago.

Oh dear God, what am I thinking? I have been sweltering in the south Florida heat for the past month and a half, and my boss has been telling me I have to go back to east central In by Monday. I don't want anything to do with that crap ass weather. I think I could get used to playing in 90 plus weather in the summer so I don't have to ride that sping and fall weather roller coaster. What to do , what to do. If the economy wasn't so bad I could proabably find work here , but the unemployment rate is higher here than in the frozen tundra of artic Indiana.

Quick question for my fellow CWG (Cold Weather Golfers)… What do you wear when the weather is in the 40s?

I just wear UA cold gear mock under my regular polo and I'm fine. I might throw on a windbreaker if it starts to get wet or really windy, but usually nothing. I grew up living and working on a farm, though.

I live in the Lansing, MI area and have been out 3 times this year. Twice it was over 60 and one in the low 50s. They are now talking about snow on Monday. There is a saying here, if you don't like the weather today wait till tomorrow.

The weather around here has been kind of annoying lately. In the middle of March we had great golf weather, then we had a week or 2 of cold weather and rain every day, then we got 3" of snow last weekend, this past week it was kinda cold and rainy.
Today was nice, very little wind, bright sunshine and temps in the 50s but we are supposed to get 3" of snow tomorrow.
Thats typical late March/early April weather though. We are in that transition time between winter and spring, so the weather can range from temps in the 60s one day to being cold and snowy the next.
Oh well, I managed to play some golf today while the weather was nice before the snow comes.
I will definetly be glad when we finally transition to spring and I can start playing at least 3 times a week.
Between the weather and me being sick for the past week I havent been able to play as much and it shows.

AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!! We thought winter was over here in SW Ohio. We've been playing a lot of golf. Tomorrow is the first day of our club's season kickoff special. Free golf for members all day tomorrow. The forecast? Highs in the mid 30s, chance of rain in the morning, rain and snow after noon. Same for Tuesday and Wednesday except the rain changes to all snow. Would somebody please tell that stupid weather man it's spring already? Jeez!
