Well...I would expect it to be Monday thru Thursday, but what specific day is the least busiest? Definitely differs by location for any number of reasons, but what day do you find the least golfers playing?

Edit: Can someone move this to the golf talk forum please? thanks.

The best time for my local 9-hole course is Monday to Thursday around 11:30am. The morning crowd is gone and the afternoon is still getting ready for lunch. I can walk the 9-holes course in less than one and half hours.

My guess would be tuesday mornings as well. From what ive seen, there are usually no outings, course maintanence, or league play going on then. You could have the course pretty much to yourself before noon.

It depends on the course, what leagues they have... I don't think you can gauge one course by what another one does. My home course is usually slowest on Monday afternoons before the 4:30 league goes off. We usually have at least one league playing every weekday evening, so from 4:30 to 5:30 it can be impossible to get out.

Best solution, call the course where you want to play and ask them... they are going to know when their slowest time is.

This morning was dead. 6:44 tee time with my father and two clients. There was a 6:30 and no 6:37, and the group ahead was in a cart. We were in a cart. Nobody behind. Saw two pairs of golfers, and one foursome as I worked my way through the back nine and back to the clubhouse.

It was a great morning to golf too. Warm with a light breeze.

The beauty about gtolf and business is, you can play a good round, barely talk about business, and somehow come out with a pretty good agreement.

TaylorMade RBZ 5 & 3 Fairway Woods

Cobra Baffler T-Rail 3 & 4 Hybrids

Edel Forged 48, 52, 56, 60, and 64* wedges (different wedges for different courses)

As long as there is no Mens' Club or Seniors action, Tuesday is pretty empty. A great day to hit 2 balls!
