I had someone video tape my swing and one thing i noticed was that most of my weight was on my front foot. So my question is should i be transferring more of my weight in my backswing to my back foot? What am i missing out on when i don't transfer my weight to my back foot? Thanks for any response.

I'm interested in this too, as I keep my weight centered on my front (left) foot and just pivot around it.

Weight on the left foot throughout the swing is the biggest difference of a regular swing and stack & tilt. Not sure what the difference is, but S&T is not praised that much.

A regular swing start with 50/50 weight, then 70 something on the right foot at the backswing, weight transfer and all of it over on the left.

when you shift your weight from your back foot to your front foot it should be natural and help maximize power into your shot effortlessly.

The weight transfer is somewhere around 90% from back foot on your backswing to your front foot at impact and the follow through.

one drill you can try is to swing your driver with your feet together and until you can feel the weight transfer even with your feet together you can try hitting golf balls.

Its similar to throwing a baseball and the weight transfer or hitting a baseball, skipping rocks on the water surface.
