5:25 got out of my car , got my clubs out and walked to the pro shop

It was kinda busy and my tee time wasnt till 5:56 so i went and putted a little bit

5:45 signed into clubhouse was told i could tee off

~5:50 tee'd off

Finished my round and ended up shooting 91 (my second best of all time). When i got done i added up my score walked to the club house went to the bathroom, Walked back to my car, loaded up my clubs, got in my car. turned it on and the clock said 8:00.

So im guessing the round it self was close to 2 hours maybe a little under

It's Not hard to believe at all. Last year at my local course I played nine holes in 50 minutes by myself (I'm a fast player, but I wasn't rushing or anything...Also helped I shot 38 haha), so I figure it's possible to do it in 2 hours.

I have done it in about the same time, possibly a little longer. Helps alot when there is no waiting, I also dont get too tired when I golf anyway so I can walk a decent pace.

Very fast. But i find it a little funny that we want to play golf all the time, 3 4 times a week, whenever we can, but then when actually on the course, we play as fast as we can? It's a cool accomplishment but I generally prefer a bit more leisure in my round.

of course, if you were playing to beat sunset that's a different story.

me, my friend, and another guy played 18 at a par 72 course in 3 1/2 hours. We had to wait on the last 4 holes though, so it could have been done faster.

I played 18 with a cart going solo with nobody in front of me in 90 minutes. I think someone could have walked it in 2 hours if they were hustling and unimpeded (and playing well).

Oh and when I got back the guy said go around again if you like. I DID! :)

Hit, walk, hit walk, hit, walk, putt, putt, putt, walk.... lol

It helps a lot if the course is laid out nicely and eliminates a long walk between holes.

In two carts, three of us, we played 9 holes in 45 minutes, and all 3 of us shot even. We got to the back nine and we could slow down since we werent rushing to beat the scramblers, and we all shot like 7 over. I play better when i play fast. No time to think, hence no time to screw up shot.

There are 3 or 4 old timers at my club that play the first tee time three days a week, walk and do it in 2.5 hours. The guys are in their 70's. They do take a few liberties with the rules, like once someone hits a put the next guy is free to hit even if the ball is still moving and of course it is ready golf from tee to the hole. I have played a few times with them and I can't say I really feel rushed at all. As I am a much faster walker then them and hit the ball way further, I found I was actually waiting for them a fair bit. I played from the 6300 tees. One guy 2 hours, no problem.
