when i am hitting my long irons, 7iron through 4 hybrid all of my shots seem to have a fade to them, not really a good fade but like a slice, and it kinds rings my hands, this is on almost all of my shots

am i just not getting my wrists through enough or what?

Longer clubs take a slower swing. Try and stay behind the ball a bit and work on your tempo and release. What is your ball flight with shorter clubs?

sounds like you're not turning enough before your hands come through and your club is hitting off the toe.

try this. set up and take a backswing, and on the downswing, start your hip slide and turn, and as your hands are coming down, rotate your head toward your target as your hands are coming through.

Sounds like you may be casting your clubs. I used to hit my irons super high with a fade when I casted the clubs. The fade was more pronounced with the longer clubs of course. Try to release later in your downswing and see if that helps you to keep your ball flight down and not slice.
