So who do you like to watch in a tournament, and what draws you to that player..

Alot of us like tiger, but who else...

I'm not a fan of Vijay, but admire and respect his work ethic and amazing ability. I'd rather watch Vijay than alot of guys even though he's far from my favorite.

I like personable players, Tim Herron, Jason Gore, John Daly, Chris Dimarco, and Jerry Kelly...

I can never seem to get enough of Feherty and McCord...god if I could have my foursome I'd add Jacobsen and myself... what a blast that would be... have to bring and extra pair of shorts...

In the bag...

If I had to pick one guy to win I'd pick Jerry Kelly. Being a Madison guy, and former hockey player there is no one other than Kelly that I can cheer for. Probably mostly because he's from my town, but also because of the way he plays. He wears his emotions on his sleeve. I loved watching him try to catch Pavin in the US Bank Championship, he gave it his all, too bad he can't putt. I think the US team could have used someone like Jerry, too bad he didn't make the Ryder Cup team.

I always support the Oklahoma State graduates, with my favorite being Charles Howell III (he better get it together though). I like Hunter Mahan, Scott Verplank, etc. as well.

Other than those guys, Ryan Moore is probably my favorite.

Lee Janzen used to be one of my favorites, but he has officially gone into hiding the last few years.

Finally, I enjoy watching the youngsters like Adam Scott and Luke Donald, along with veterans Retief Goosen and Jim Furyk.

I have a whole plethora of favorites.

I love the guys with "homemade" swings. Furyk is atop the list. Trevino and Azinger are there too.

Obviously my name gives it away but i could watch bubba watson and lucas glover hit balls all day on television, as well as davis love III and freddy couples but lucas and bubba are my favourite players by a country mile, ive not really been able to see much of bubba watson on tv since the sony open. the drives that he pulled off in that tournament especially in the last round on 12... the 398yard bomb with no elevation and the eagle on the last hole cutting that dog-leg off the tee and a wedge for a second to a par 5 also the different shots he can pull off like a 30 yard powerfade or cut and a 15 draw with a wedge is an amazing talent.... please win soon bubba! and lucas!

Above anyone else my boy is David Duval, it's painful at times but I still follow him each time he plays. Otherwise I like Ryan Moore, Phil, Love and pretty much most of the past and current American Ryder Cup players. Justin Leonard is in my top 5 too.

    • You could make this a whole thread for your Bandon stuff. LMK if you want it renamed. Looking forward to seeing the photos and reading!
    • Day 81 (21 July 25) - Soft hands drill work today w/9i in the backyard.  Focused on keeping the hands quiet and getting a nice hop and roll.  Kept shots to about 20 yds or less.
    • 39/39/78 for an 8.7 differential. Ball striking was good. Putting and chipping was off just enough to prevent a very good score.
    • Worst thing on Sunday was that NBC and Peacock wouldn't let me FF through the commercials on my DVR recording. Very boring when a guy has a huge lead on the final round and everyone else is playing for 2nd place. At least it was USA 1-2-3 in the end.
    • First day of a trip to Bandon Dunes. We played Sheep Ranch today. A Coore/Crenshaw designed course. A par 34 on the front and 38 on the back. With 8 holes with either a green, tee box, or the hole runs along the edge of the bluffs at the pacific. It has amazing vistas. With wide fairways and intermixed gorse bushes. The defense of the course are its large, undulated greens and the daily winds from the north. Many times you need to take 3-4 clubs more, if you even barely cross the wind, your ball can be taken offline or come up half to a full club short. A fantastic layout.    here are some photos.
