hitting through the ball

i know you have to hit through the ball, almost like the balls not even there.

i just cant seem to do that, whenever i try to hit down on it i just come up right when i make contact with it and blade it.

what drills can i do to be able to stay down and hit through it?

tee the ball up about an inch and put it on your back foot, hit the ball straight and take a divot.

put the ball where you regularly would in your stance, the just lay a tee down perpendicular to your target line about 5 inches in front of the ball, focus on hitting both the ball and taking out the tee.

I was just going to say,imagine a blade of grass 2 to 3 inches in front of the ball,hit through the ball and continue to hit the blade of grass in front of the ball as well... ^^^^good video..

Don't stop the swing when you reach the ball, keep pushing the hips forward all the way. If you stop moving in the downswing, the arms will stop and the club head catch up with them.
