I try to practice once a week for 1hr to maybe 2 hrs. 50% short game, 25% putting 25% range...when my kids get little bigger i will do more. I am fortunate that my club is 5 minutes from my house so it is pretty easy to slide in some time if i want to do it.

I'm practicing solely with my irons.

I think if you can hit more greens and be closer to the pin your scores have to drop.
My friend works in a driving range and I practice with him when he closes up.

10.5 (not active right now but this is what it was at end of last season, not playing any tourneys this year so didn't pay for it) and I practice as much as possible. It is hard with a 3 year old to say to the wife, I'm going to the range, have fun. I practice mostly short game right now but I am going to change to range to try to get the ball in play better. But over the course of my life, I have practiced putting and pitching far more than going to the range.

My practice percentage is higher than it would be if time allowed. I can fit in 60-90 minutes somewhere several times per week. The 2+ hours with any kind of warm up for 9 holes or more for 18 is hard to find more than once or twice a week.

My kids weren't interested in Golf so that didn't work out so well. Now that they are older I am working in a field where earnings have not risen I can't afford more, so try to recruit them into the game so you have more opprotunity.

I vote don't practice regularly, but I guess it depends on what you call regular. My goal is to practice 3 times a month, but I don't always make it. I like to hit 1 to 2 small buckets then chip and putt for 30-45 minutes. I don't always have time to do both, but try to practice about equally on long and short game with maybe slight short game bias. I spend most of the full shots on the 5-6-or 7 iron with a few drives, fairway woods and 1 irons. Sometimes I only take the 5 or 7 to make myself concentrate on rhythm. Putting and chipping I am mainly focusing on smoothness and contact and feel for distance.
