So my driver is still consistently right... not a massive slice but I block it out to the right a bit all the time, enough to put me in the rough by 5-10 yards. But everything else is going LEFT! ARGH.

3 wood... left
5 wood... left
3 hybrid... left
5 iron... left
6 iron... left

Everything else is pretty straight.

But it isn't a hook that goes straight and then takes a violent 90* turn, it just goes straight left off the club face pretty much. Any ideas on what might typically cause this? I don't have video of my swing (I know it'd be helpful but I don't have anything to film my swing with)

At first I wondered if I was playing the ball to far forward in my stance, I was playing my 3 wood off my left heel, maybe a tad further forward. 5 wood I play a little forward from the middle of the stance, 5 iron right in the middle.

If you are not chicken winging to make a duck hook, you may consider having your lie angle checked. You might be grounding the heal of the club first causing the face to close and move the ball left. Trying choking up an inch or two and see if the lefts continue with the shortened club.

youre probably coming over the top (outside to inside). your driver is a longer club and youre probably keeping it pretty square to the target, your path just makes it fade of to the right a bit. with your irons you are closing the face to the target a little but. that will result in a pull. get your path to go inside to out slightly instead.

Might be standing a hair too close? Sometimes it happens here but I tend to compensate as much as I can to save it but I'll draw the ball about 15-20 yards.. Seems to be my problem every now and then.
