What would you do?

If you had the option to buy one new club - let's say a hybrid or a wedge - or re-grip your entire set which would you choose.

This is my current dilema. My clubs are old as you can see in my sig and still have the original grips on. They really are not in bad shape though.

I have re-gripped a couple of them with the golf pride multi-compound orange/black and love the way they feel.

So it is either re-grip them all or get a pre-owned TM TP Rescue 3 to replace my current hybrid.

What say you?

I'd say grips but I don't know what kind of humidity you deal with. Around here you can hang onto your clubs without good grips. Of course, I don't wear a glove so that might make a difference.

i say regrip. never underestimate the benefit of nice fresh grips!

Regrip. You'll get a benefit on every shot.

If you buy a new club you might only use it 3 or 4 times a round tops (and it might not help your score much, depending on how you hit your current setup).

It's done. I just dropped all of my clubs off. Man, I must be honest, it felt really strange leaving them there. They are a part of me. I will get the back tomorrow. I can't wait.

I get grips cheap off eBay and do my own. Instead of $5-7 each plus more to install, we're talking $2-4 each depending on which grips you like (I prefer Winn - firm). If you are looking for multi-compound, most of the golf prides on eBay are pricy. The Sharpro and Avons are nicely priced...
