anyone know any good ones ? i keep putting my weight forward on the backswing and then leaving it their all the way through.(half a reverse pivot) i have to concentrate really hard not to so im looking for some good ones so it becomes natural and i can free up my thoughts and concentrate on the sweet feeling at impact

also what are the pros and cons of haveing a weak vs strong grip

and could someone define a neutral grip exactly ? 2 knuckles oif its or 2 1/2 or ?? also how about my right hand .. it was windy today so i took a strong grip woth a couple of 4 and 5 irons and i really liked the flight but i dont know if it would be ok for normal conditions..

Weight forward at impact is not a reverse pivot. A reverse pivot is moving the weight forward (or centered) on the backswing and moving it back on the downswing.

A couple of suggestions:

Work on keeping the center of your upper and lower body still on the backswing. Don't let the centers move forward or backward, just keep them still and rotate around the spot you stand. How that will feel for you, I can't tell, you'll just have to find that out yourself. From the top of the backswing, where your body is still centered, no sway back or forward, the hips and left knee move forward, toward the target. At impact, around 90-95% of your weight should be on the left foot.
Now you are moving the lower center forward, toward the target. At the same time, make sure the upper center, or your head, does not move forward too.
The lower body can start moving slightly forward on the transition at the top of the backswing, but you don't want it moving much forward on the backswing.

If you struggle with the upper body moving forward, try this drill:

Also, if you are able to record a video of your swing, that would help.
