yessss I know ..... it has been here before, tried to find the thread, but I couldn't find it ......
anyway allthough I mostly don't carry more than 12 clubs, I am looking for a carry bag with a full length devider for 14 clubs with a very supporting carrying system.

Any recommendations .....?

look at the Titleist lightweight cart bag and the sun mountain c130 I think its called. Those two are for push carts or driving carts. If you want a stand bag with 14 dividers, you cant really beat the sunmountain ones, Cant remember the name of it but check sun mountains website and it will list it.

I'm between this, and the

Nike SasQuatch Tour carry bag. These are the only two I've seen that are 14-way stand bags. My wife is a fashion designer and knows a lot about the construction of these kind of things and says they both look well-made.

I've been going back and forth on the Sun Mountain and the Nike for about a month. I think I've settled on the Sun Mountain. I've looked at both in person and the one thing about the Nike is there are a ton of pockets but they are small. They probably could have consolidated a couple into bigger pockets. And the Sun Mountain white bag looks super clean but minimalistic, which I like.

I have an older sunmountain bag thats similar to the Four 5 (forgot the name of mine). I like it but the legs slip out to far when its on smooth/hard floors. The newer ones probably don't have that problem though. It even has a small cooler with enough space for three cans of beer but I usually put soda in it.

I am with you, Gerald. My standard 8 slot drives me nutso. I have a 14 divider bag, but it weighs a ton. I will have to check out the bags recommended here.

How about the Titleist 14-way bag? -->> http://www.titleist.com/accessories/...y_standbag.asp

I think that it might just be a re-branded Sun Mountain Four 5. Haven't looked at them both close enough to know the minor differences right off hand though.

the Titleist bag is made by SunMountain. Same bag. Just looks and feels too cheap for the $$. the rain-proof plastic crap on the outside is a major turn-off.

Thanks for all comments, I now know why I couldn't find the older thread (just my Inglisss I guess) d i vider ...... uhhh.

The Titleist isn't available overhere, they have different programs for other parts of the world. The Nike is cheap overhere at about 120 euro's and I like the design and colors, but most pockets are told to be a bit smallish and I have my doubt on the carrying system.

So far the Sun Mountain looks to be the best to go for and I like it in the Gold (Yellow) and also the harnas type carrying system looks best.... if it is better ?

Which of these two models, might be sitting best on a cart (not twisting) and how do the dividers work in reality ..... I mean I once had a Callaway org. 14 Extreme full 14 divider Cart Bag and still had to fight to push them in or pull them out.

My experiences are limited to the Sun Mountain Four 5. I like the carrying system. It works as well as any I've used and the bag is light. I haven't had any problems with the dividers. The bag fits well in the carts I've ridden as long as the bag is sideways (so the leg activator system is pointed to the middle of the cart). I've fit two Four 5s on a cart this way.

    • After a bit of a lean spell managed to birdie stroke hole one, long par five. Ball striking best it’s been for a while short game exactly the opposite. Had so many opportunities to post good scores last three or four games, failed miserably😀
    • Would You Rather #69 For this question let's assume you are playing whatever tournament is important to you.  Would you rather finish second in your tournament but be remembered for a huge mistake you make right at the end.  or  Would you rather play solidly in your tournament, but you still finish outside the top 25, and are never really in contention.  Incidentally, this happed to a friend of mine many years ago at the tournament I play every year. He was leading the tournament coming into the last hole, where he took two to get out of a greenside bunker and then three-putted his way to second place. He hasn't really been in contention again since.
    • I hate that I agree with this. But the guy is like a Ferrari with four flat tires trying to go 200 mph. Bad things can only come from that. He turns 50 on December 30th. I wonder how long Golf Cart Tiger lasts out there.
