I have said it before and I'll say it again...Brock's wrestling is over rated. The only wrestler he has fought was Randy (weighing 225) and he had a tough time wrestling with Randy. Brock can't take a shot no matter what everyone says. Brocks standup is horrible. And his cardio is not as good as everyone says it is. He is not that good. Yes, he was the champ. But he beat Herring (a joke), Mir(Mir can't wrestle), and Randy (I actually think he is lucky that he caught Randy)....now that he fights a technically good all around fighter with equal wrestling, he looks silly. Size won't win every fight.

Now with all of that being said, I think this loss is the best thing that could happen to Brock. I think this will make him a better fighter.

Now we get to see the matchup I have been waiting on....Cain vs JDS!! Come on JDS....I have been calling him the champ to be for a long time.....let's make it happen

And yes, VERY good win for Court!!! You could tell he was quite nervous in the first round, but once he loosened up and maintained his composure, he showed how good he is.

I agreed with everything you said UNTIL you called JDS the champ! Come on MAN!! JDS couldn't finish Nelson (props to Nelson). JDS only has boxing and bjj, which we haven't even seen.

Cain will steam roll over JDS. His dominate wrestling and striking will be too much for JDS! FACT!

We will see. JDS has much better standup than Cain. He has a much better BJJ game. He is very very technical. The only thing that Cain has a big advantage in is wrestling and power. No one wants to give Roy Nelson any credit. Who cares if he couldn't finish Nelson. Does a fighter have to finish every fight to be title worthy? Roy Nelson is one of the toughest guys in the UFC to KO. He has a chin of granite. Roy has only been KO'd once in his career and that was by Arlovksi.

Cain does NOT have dominate striking over JDS...FACT! Here is another thing.....watch the Cain/Kongo fight. Every time that Kongo touched Cain's chin, he dropped. JDS will touch his chin quite a bit. I'm not saying that he will for sure beat him because anything can happen and I like both fighers, but JDS will have a much better chance of beating Cain that Brock did. JDS would have beaten Brock as well.

I was very surprised that Cain beat Brock as easily as he did. I thought it was going to be a tough fight, and thought Brock would win. While Brock came out aggressive, it was weird, he looked scared. The Carwin fight definitely had an influence on his approach to fighting. He now realizes his chin is suspect and his striking isn't as good as his fights with Mir and Randy led him to believe. I saw a guy afraid to get commit, he's a much better wrestler than his recent fights showcase, but a wrestler has to fully commit to a move to be effective, Brock wasn't.

On the mat, he's so worried about getting hit he forgets he's a wrestler and panics. I don't see Brock beating Cain. As for JDS, I don't think JDS has the power to TKO Cain, and I doubt JDS can take hime down unless Cain lets him.

Diego looked great last night, the nightmare is back!

Diego comes and goes. I don't think he's back. He has no chance at a title at either weight class. He may be a step above a gatekeeper, but that's about it

I agree, but compared to his last two fights, he was much more intense and effective. He's like many of the other TUF winners, a gatekeeper / celebrity that has drawing power at the gate and for PPV buys. Speaking of TUF winners Schuab looked pretty good, and it was good to see Hamill take the victory from his old coach.

Yeah, Schaub did look good. I really didn't expect him to get by Gonzaga.

    • Day 5 (6 May 24) - focused on setup and proper alignment (non alignment rods) to mimic visual cues as on course…of course this is backyard so we are talking 50yds max.
    • Day 53. Played 9. Couldn’t find the bottom of the swing arc. It was bad.
    • Awesome, thank you very much. I ended up giving them a call and you are right. Got to try out some different clubs, the first suggestion was the Wilson Staff Launch Pad irons I believe, the hybrid irons. Personally I wasn't liking them all too much, however they were much better than the old '74 MacGregor blades I've been playing. Then I tried a couple others, I forget what the one was but the one I ended up liking the best was the Cobra Aerojet irons. Overall feel and performance was the best for me on these, I also preferred the appearance and sound of these. Bit the bullet.

    • Live Updates from the range! Open the club face at address, and trust that you’re gonna be able to get the face in a good position at impact. I don’t have to feel like I have to keep the face open throughout the entire downswing. The swing feels much more free-flowing through impact. Difference in ball flight is that previously it would be a low to mid trajectory that starts straight and draw left, or slight pulls. New ball flight are high push draws.  It’s kind of stupid. I feel like it should slice off the planet. I look up and it’s maybe a slight push. 🤣 Some distant wedge feels. More weight on front foot. Keep weight on front foot.  Pivot around left knee. Solid contact all the time.
