Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I just saw the ad for the V harness with Rocco and Jimmy Ballard. Why wasn't Rocco wearing shoes?

If you were Rocco, you wouldn't need shoes.

If anyone has ever played baseball or softball you shouldnt need a training aid .Simple , you cant hit a baseball very far by swinging the end of the bat at the ball first, same goes for a golf ball.In a baseball swing (now go grab a bat) the grip or the end of the bat where your hands are always leed first they have to otherwise you'll be flipping to early and have no power simple. The best way to do this is start your regular backswing to a 3/4 position similar to where you would have your baseball bat,now put a baseball swing into it on the golf swing plane.I know its seems different because one is out in front of you on a horizontal plane and the other is more around or on a 45* angle. The other thing you have to think about is how the body and the bat move together in the swing, the same has to go with the golf club and the body, if they dont move together your  an arm swinger  and arm swingers may be able to get some good power into the ball but just think if you could get your body into it as we'll...you'd probably pick up 10-15mph ball speed and about 20-30yards.
