Not the course I used to play the most, but I just joined the men's club here so I can finally get a GHIN.

Aurora Hills, Fitz, and Meadow Hills are what I can afford on a weekly basis...

They are impressive tee shots Larry. It has a great website too, which is unusuall for golf clubs, as I find most of them totally useless.

The Gallery Golf Course on Whidbey Island is a military course, but it offers discount Mondays. For $15 you can play a full round, and usually finish in about 4 hours. It's not a great course, but it's not bad either. It is challenging and fun, and very scenic!

It doesn't have much of a website though. Military, you know...

    • They didnt get any worse ey... 😆
    • Day 167 - Spent some time hitting balls, trying to work on a swing without a million swing thoughts. Match tomorrow, we’ll see how it goes.
    • Day 70: Pitching/chipping work into the net. Did some mirrorvision rehearsals of full swing stuff.
    • Got out and played 9 at a new course for me. I didn't play particularly well but overall I'm happy with how I played this whole though. I've kinda been spraying driver so I pulled my second higher lofted driver and just tried to guide one. Ended up in the right rough, ball well above my feet and no line for a safe punch out. I had to go over the water. I checked my app and planned my shot. Pulled my 5 wood and put a cut swing on it, I watched the ball fly straight and hoped it would carry. Not only did it carry but it ended up in a good spot too. Then hitting a nice approach wedge and 2 putting for a par was just icing on the cake.
    • Heard this song while at a nice restaurant tonight with family. It was one of those "life is good" moments where time felt like it slowed down just enough and I took it all in. Kinobe - Heartstring
