Eye candy golf holes

Every time I play a new course there always seems to be one hole that sticks out in my mind. Just the way it's set up will look so much better than anything else on the course.

This is hole #16 at Clear Lakes GC in Buhl ID.I love this hole from tee to green.

Anyone else have any favorites?

Well, I haven't play Pebble Beach, but for eye candy, #18 has to be way up there.

#12 at muirfield village is a beauty & a beast

if you miss the green , good luck

the slope in front of the green is more severe than on tv

i only parred it once in 6 tries

All courses have a "signature' hole which is usually on the cover of the scorecard.For years the Black had #4 with all the traps across the fairway on the second tier of the fairway and it was on the cover of the old scorecards.

I apologize in advance, but I beg to differ. Eye candy is not a term that I can, in good conscious, associate with a golf hole!

There may be more beautiful holes that I have played, but when the foursome I was playing with walked up to this hole we were just like WOW what a drop off.

No, it is at the Lavalette Golf Club in Lavalette, WV.

That's the kind of hole to which it's fun to hit something really high, but to which it's probably a lot smarter to basically punch some low thing right down the hill.

You sir are correct. My step dad played the smarter shot like you said. I on the other hand tried to pop it up and hit it fat.
