Rain Rain Go Away

So I went and played 9 after work last night. Almost every bunker was FULL of water...I mean full. A lot of areas off the fairways were flooded. This is all because of melted snow.

The course did a good job with the greens ( only been open 2 days ), rolled pretty smooth, just a little slow.

I hit a 4 Hybrid in and it was going in kinda flat and it embedded in the front edge of the green on one hole though

Shot a 43, one free drop from a bunker of water.

I'm from south eastern Wisconsin and live right along Lake Michigan...... Golf isn't even an option for us right now. It sucks, since I just picked up my new driver and irons. It's been raining all spring and barely gets to 50 degrees.... As like many have stated, we are starting to get some flooding issues as well in the area. I drove past a drainage ditch this morning that's 5-6 feet deep and runs about 400 yards and it's full to the top, about ready to crest...

Meanwhile, Houston has had no rain for months, as has been the case in much of the South.  Red flag warnings of grass fires, etc.  La Nina, they say....weird.

I hate the rain and tornados. Had a tee time on Friday, lost that to weather. Tornado took my Saturday tee time. Looks like tomorrows time is also unlikely, a it has rained 10 ish inches in the last week. I just want to play!
