Just picked this up off naileditgolf.com and really liking the bag.  I have been playing with the clubs positioning and was looking for suggestions from people who own this or a 14 club bag.  Playing with D, 3W, 5W, 4-PW, 52, 56, 60, putter.  Look forward to hearing what people think!

My Ogio Woode system is shown below (this is not my bag; illustration purpose only).  I have my putter in the front middle slot, and then  working clockwise:  PW/GW/SW, 9i/8i/7i, 6i/5i/4i,  Hybrid, 5W, 3W, Driver.  This setup works well for me.

Nice bag!  I don't really have any input about your club placement but wanted to thank you for posting where you got it.  I'll probably end up ordering one from nailedit for myself!

No problem!  I emailed their customer service because it was no longer on the actual website but when you google search "titleist SH85" it will be on the search page and you can order it from there.  They honored everything and I was very pleased with naileditgolf and plan to use them again in the future.

I've got the Titleist Light Weight Cart Bag, which, for some reason, has 14 slots plus a dedicated putter well.  No idea why.  Anyway, my setup looks like this

[Driver] [3i] [4i]

[3W] [5i] [6i] [7i]

[5W] [8i] [9i] [PW]

[52*] [empty] [60*]

The reason I do this is it generally works well for both a riding cart and my walking cart if I'm walking.

Quick question for you.  I noticed another site had some bad reviews due to the way the bag sits while carrying.  Have you had any problems with it?  I'd really like to find a good carrying bag with 14 full length dividers.

I have the same bag and mine goes...

from left to right

Top row closest to the handle: hybrid, driver, 3 wood

2nd row: 3 iron, 4 iron, 5 iron, 6 iron

3rd row: 7, 8, 9, PW

4th row closest to the putter hole: 52, empty, 56

I always walk so this keeps the longest clubs on the bottom allowing me to see all my clubs and grab each one easily.

Haven't had a chance yet.  I'm in Chicago and it has been raining every day since I got it in the mail.  I will post my thoughts up here hopefully after Saturday.

That's the same bag as my SM 4.5. When I carry a blade putter I use the same exact setup (3 iron instead of the hybrid though). When I use a mid-mallet putter, it goes in the 7-iron slot and everything moves one spot over.

Mizuno MP600 driver, Cleveland '09 Launcher 3-wood, Callaway FTiz 18 degree hybrid, Cleveland TA1 3-9, Scratch SS8620 47, 53, 58, Cleveland Classic 2 mid-mallet, Bridgestone B330S, Sun Mountain four5.

Played a little bit with it this afternoon and I wouldn't recommend it for an everyday walker.  I am mostly a cart guy and wanted a quasi-stand bag and this suits me well but I adjusted it many times and it really lays more horizontal then I would want to walk with.

    • Yes. If you choose to take the ball out of the bunker instead of taking maximum available relief… it costs a stroke.
    • I got another one today....Number 17. Par 5 that has water left and right on the layup. I smacked a drive down the left side and got a little lazy on the layup and fanned my 6 iron. With 112 to a crowned green I got it to 3 feet and birdie!  Only 5 and 15 is left for this year!
    • Maybe I didn’t explain this properly. Back and front can be confusing.  There was no place in the bunker that didn’t have 2-3 inches of rain water in it, except for a small spot on the slope nearest the pin. If I had dropped there I would be moving 6-7 feet closer to the hole. Since my ball was just inside the bunker, farthest side from the hole, I dropped one club length backward, which brought me out of the bunker. I could not have hit from that deep of water. Are you saying I would have had to take a penalty stroke due to rain water?
    • Day 550, May 5, 2024 Got a good hour in with a typical (for me) two-stick setup: pool noodle angled in front, yardstick on the ground angled 45° behind me.
    • Day 130: Cinco de Mayo Day 7/24 of Full Speed Spectrum training. Difficult training day after struggling to certify my warmup yesterday, and today. Finished 13 mph lower than my training speed on Thursday. Hope to hit some balls today.
