After playing a  Nine Hole round and shooting 49  ( Not Bad for me) I just wanted some help on learning how to stop hitting low push shots.... ..  I used to hit a  pull hook,  But i  fixed That, i`m still hitting it low with every club Under a 8 iron! Help! Thanks

Push shots or punch shots or push draws? That latter would be higher than a punch shot.

If you are hitting low, you are likely to hit thin. Got pictures or a video?

Make sure that your upper center is not moving forward.

More jumping - more tucking the butt, straightening the legs, extending the thoracic spine.

Do you mean extending it towards the ball?  I need a video here...

Not towards the ball, no. Extend the thoracic spine. Tuck the butt. Straighten the legs.
