Left/right spin on a ball

I know how to put backspin on a ball (still can't do it that well), but I DO know how to do it. But how do you put left or right spin on a ball? Sometimes I see the pros, when they have a bunker or something in front left of the green and the pin in the front left corner, they aim for the right side of the green and when it lands, the ball spins back a little, but mostly to the left. That's just one example.

How do you put left or right spin on a ball?

It's just draw or fade spin. Same stuff. If that's what you mean...?

As Erik said, that spin you're noticing is due to the shape of the shot. The ball does not fly on a straight path and the release to the left or right, the spin causing that release also causes the ball to move in the air.

You create a difference between the face angle of the club and your swing path.

Yeah, that's what is. Thanks guys! It's hard to see draws and fades on TV, so when I saw the ball spinning left or right on the green, I was wondering how the heck they did that. But now I understand.
