Does anyone use those blue lens golf sunglasses? I just bought a pair and haven't tried them yet. Do they improve anything?

They arrived last night they are pretty stylish but maybe just a gimmick...lol

i have a set of oakley tens...they cover down to my cheek bone below my eye so i don't see any frame...if i wear em golfing and don't take them on and off (perspective changes) they work great...i still take em off for putting (still can't read a line right with em on...)

Bolle makes a similar product.  Its supposed to make certain colors stand out more than others.  For golf it makes white stand out and they have a pair for tennis that makes the yellow ball stand out.

I use my Oakley M Frames for almost every thing. Golf, shooting, sports, etc.

Great sunglasses. Oakley usually has golf-specific lenses as well.

I coulda sworn I left the cart right here......

I've got some gray polarized clip-ons which are made designed to fit my prescription glasses frames. Seems to cut down on eye strain.

Only problem: On white-cloudy days, contrast of ball against sky not much, can be hard to track. On bluer days, constrast is excellent!

Anybody have experience with amber-colored sunglasses? (These are popular with rifle and pistol shooters)

Focus, connect and follow through!

They increase contrast really well. I use them for shooting, paintball, and I used to use them for golf in high school. I don't have any at the moment, but they do work very well for contrast, so the ball will show up very well against a grey sky.
