I'm currently in the market for a 2 iron hybrid.  Im getting one so I don't have to carry a 3 wood and a 5 wood which allows me to use all 5 of my wedges lol.  I just want to know what are some good hybrids because last time I had one it was nothing but a hook machine.

I'm not a hybrid user, but have hit my brothers Taylormade R9 and liked it as well as any other hybrid I have hit.

Yeah, wanna make 14 dollars the hard way?

The Titleist 585H is pretty nice.

[ Equipment ]
R11 9° (Lowered to 8.5°) UST Proforce VTS 7x tipped 1" | 906F2 15° and 18° | 585H 21° | Mizuno MP-67 +1 length TT DG X100 | Vokey 52° Oil Can, Cleveland CG10 2-dot 56° and 60° | TM Rossa Corza Ghost 35.5" | Srixon Z Star XV | Size 14 Footjoy Green Joys | Tour Striker Pro 5, 7, 56 | Swingwing

I have the Wilson Staff Fybrids and they are nice.  When I was looking I also liked the Taylormade rescue tp's. My third choice would have been the adams pro's, followed by the Titleist hybrids.  Best bet is to go hit them all.

With the Titilest you can open the face to reduce the chance of the hook machine.

Had same problem hooking the hybrids - then I found my Nickent 4dx 20 & 23 degree hybrids. Not closed or offset, so ball flies straight. Great clubs if you can find them. Generally I'd go with a better player's hybrid club to avoid the ones that are closed or that have too much offset. Good luck.

In my Sun Mountain 14 Way Stand Bag:

Driver - Ping G30 10.5* : Fairway - Ping G30 18* : Hybrids - Titleist 915H 21* & 915 H 24* : Irons - Mizuno JPX 850 Forged 5 - GW : Wedges, Vokey 54.14, Vokey 58.12 : Putter - Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2 or Ping Craz-E-R  : Ball - Bridgestone B330RX, Cart - Cliqgear 3.5

Preciate the help guys, im definitely gonna test some out, just wanted to know a few that i should try first, and narrow down the field lol.

Just about every company makes great hybrids nowdays.  Pick your favorite brand and chances are they make one that you will like.

I was demoing random clubs awhile back while waiting for some work that was being done on some new clubs, and I found the Nike VR Pro hybrids to be absolutely amazing.  I arrived wanting to try out the Ping G15, but I left really wanting to add that Nike hybrid to my bag.

Try the Adams Super Black with ALDILA Voodoo shaft.  I went on a similar hybrid search and have tried Taylormade, PING, Nickent and Titleist hybrids and the Super Black was longer, straighter and smoother than all the competition.  Adams is known for their hybrids and if you can get over the "old man clubs" stereotype you will be pleasantly suprised by how these hybrids feel and perform.
