The girl was cute ...

In the middle of Texas hill country.

I stayed in Utopia for 4  days ... played the course in August. They are in the middle of a drought ... enough said. But the movie did finance a small, attractive clubhouse. They have the player's bags from the movie set up in the clubhouse, and the picture "Luke" painted stands in front of that particular hole... After Utopia, the Hyatt Hill Country Resort's 27 holes  near San Antonio was a good play.

Everything that needs to be said about this movie has been said, it was terrible, somewhere on this planet there was a person that thought this film was a good idea... they were very wrong.

Aww, not so bad. The less intelligent the better actually. Plus the redhead from True Blood is on the very high end of the 'watchability' chart if not off it.

      Day 5 (13 Mar 26) - Friday shootout cancelled- made it a practice round working from mixed tees. Plenty of up and down work around greens.  Best was a hole out birdie on the par 3 #5 hole - nice pitch and roll w/Pw from about 10yds off the green - dead center flagstick drop.  Much of round was focused on getting solid weight shift into lead foot.

      Day 208 3-13 Worked on wrist arching and flow. First time hitting reall balls at a range in months. It was nice to see ball flight. Still not sure it beats my backyard practice station.

      Three hole match - microphones on in the cart. It's fascinating listening to them talk about their shots and how they play them. I'm not normally a huge fan of the TM videos - they seem forced to me - but this one doesn't. It's also fun seeing their competitiveness over what on the face of it is a fairly meaningless 3 holes, but they can't help themselves.
