Alright, so maybe I'm a little bored today but I just checked out the interactive hot list at golfdigest.com and you can build your own hot list so I went through each category and built myself what I like to buy if I had the authorization from the wife to cut loose in there. still got my dream bag from three years ago and the only think i have changed is the ball i play with, i have tried new drivers and irons but hit the ones i have got the same or better,

I've got my dream bag for the most part as well. Right now the only thing I would probably change is driver: 907D2

Oh, and I'd like to get my irons refinished/repainted which I'm going to do as soon as I can part with them for three week or so (not sure when that's going to be...).

Edited to add: If we're talking dreams here, go ahead and put one of those caddychicks I keep seeing adds for on my bag as well.

Amen. My 8 year old and I were playing around on the golf course about 7p.m. last evening. A fellow playing with us mentioned some new club we saw at the Pro Shop, earlier. My daughter turned to me and asked, " A new club isn't going to make

that much difference, is it? Isn't it the swing that matters most?" I thought two things, one: out of the mouth of babes...; and two: where in the world did she pick up on that? That being said, I suppose I'm no different from any other sorry golfer who drools at the latest and greatest, can't wait to get the latest catalogs, and try out the newest clubs. However, I'm still struggling to reduce my handicap and, according to my daughter, my new hybrid really isn't going to help out that much; I would be better off working on my swing. But my real question is: when did that girl get so damned smart??
