I'm not sure the "Heavy Putter" http://www.heavyputter.com/ has a soft face. But, fore sure, it's heavy.

its the heavy head and soft face i need for our fast greens... i have problems keeping my putter online on the fast putts,

Fisher Golf has some good heavy putters with changeable face inserts.

maybe you want to have a clubmaker make you one.. I added weight to a cameron putter because it was too light for me....
