I got an email from Shotly last week that talked about this grab bag deal, customer service, etc...and said they are only going to be open like 3 days a week now.  They also have an email address for contact in regards to your order.  I sent an email to the address asking about my order and still have not heard anything.....Did anyone else get this?  I'm sure you did.

Yes, that e-mail was briefly discussed in another thread.  All hollow words, IMO.  They're doing nothing to try to win over the customers they pissed off.

Always changing:

 

Driver: Cobra S2/Nike VR Pro 10.5º

Irons: Callaway X-20 Tour 4-9i

Hybrid: Titleist 910H 19º & 21º

Wood: TaylorMade R11 3w

Putter: Odyssey White Hot

Wedges: Titleist Vokeys - 48º, 54º, 62º

Agreed.  Like said, I sent an email like they said to and still haven't heard back.  I will be calling my credit card company Monday.

I ordered a grab bag. Heck, I was post #2 in this thread and I said "I bought!" I never got my grab bag and eventually filed a dispute with PayPal which, earlier today, was resolved in my favor (I'm fairly certain Shotly didn't even respond to PP).

They're probably not even wise enough to know which customers have opened disputes and thus have no means of responding.  I have three days left until my dispute is closed in my favor (though my CC reversed the charge immediately as "courtesy" to me).

Truly complete idiots behind Shotly.  They should be a textbook example of how morons should never open a "business."
