Hello,

I have a couple of clubs that I have replaced that I would like to list in the Marketplace. When I attempt to post I get this error: "You are not allowed to post classifieds. Please check the forum rules for more information." I understand that you must be an established member to post a classified add, which I should qualify for currently by:

To become an "Established Member" you must meet three criteria:

1) Reputation of 5 or higher (you start with 10, so...)
2) Member for 30 days or longer
3) 25 posts or more

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, you should be. But you've only recently surpassed the 25-post mark, and the script which upgrades you runs nightly, I think.

So that you're not further inconvenienced I've manually added you to the Established Member group, and if you give it an hour, it should let you post in the Marketplace.

I'll file a bug to see if I can learn why you weren't automatically promoted.

    • If I can take a full swing, I'll use the stock club for that yardage.  I can't really get creative.  Just don't have that ability.  In the past, I used a sand wedge for all my shots around the green, opening or closing the face and moving the ball back or forward in my stance to get the flight I wanted.  I am trying now to use different clubs around the green.  I'm less likely to flub it but I struggle with distance control.  More practice required.

Lots of interesting info and it's very funny.  Lou is one of the hosts along with Greg Chalmers and Mark Crossfield.  They love to give each other a hard time.  Lou catches most of it, but he takes it well and dishes out his fair share.  Great show.
