The "WHOOM!" is alright, but to me, it's all about the "YAAAH!"

Jesus christ that mad me laugh extremely hard. Right when I read that, I remembered the great "YAHHHHHH!" :D

...and who can disagree with that beautiful "attack angle"?!

the voiceover guy is amazing!
Who needs a circular shaft? Our shafts cut through the air like a sword!
We've even cut holes in the face so that it lets more air through!

And don't even get me started on this other driver....

I´ll get myself the Hammer, Dr Feelgood Putter, and Dr Feelgood Knockdown wedge (probably dont even need my irons anymore since i drive any green anyways) and will challenge the best golfer i can find and gamble big with him. If Mr. Hamm is right i should at least shoot a 60 - should be good enough for a scratch golfer to give him a real beating - men he will feel like he just got POOOOOOOOWWWED if i´m finished with him :)

You guys seen this?

OMG - this thing accelerates itself (according to James Blacks video) - i guess we just found a "perpetuum mobile" - all our energy concerns are in the past - its only a matter of time when they will start building cars, POOOOOWERD by the Hammer.........

Ahhh, a novice at club-making. Everyone clearly knows that the air slots throw the ball high into the air, spinning wildly, going in the hole automatically. It's just the research branches of Taylormade, PING, Callaway, Titleist, etc, haven't discovered it yet with their million dollars in research. /sarcasm.

The Zero Latitude is on Golf Channel right now... first I've seen it. It's classic. I love how with the Hammer, Jack says driving is the most important part of the game... now it's putting. I think I also caught a comment that since Jack can putt now, "I'm gonna be shooting right about 60!"

"Take it back only 1 inch for a 4 footer... 2 for an 8." Then when they show the four footers with a normal putter, they're at least 10 footers. Oh well... 4 footers are automatic gimmies now!

Worst part is... I actually thought to myself, "I wonder if that works?" If Al Geiberger says so and all...

Is this the same infomercial where Jack Hamm says he shot even par while taking 42 putts? If I remember right he also stated that he drove 8 par 4's in the same round. All I can say to that is..........POWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess everybody needs to pay the bills, but it seems to me if the Golf Channel is truly out to help golfers and desire to have some credit to their name, why do they allow crap like the hammer on there?

You answered your own question...

Why does ABC put on crap like "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette?" These two, and all the other "dating" reality shows that are all over cable TV, are much worse to society than a Hammer infomercial.

I don't know about that, the Hammer has haunted my dreams for quite some time. At least the Bachelor doesn't yell "POW!" when he kicks off a woman (or does he, I've never seen it?)

does he actually hit good shots when he does that?

it looks like he shanks most of them lol

    • That was a good watch. When I started working on pelvis in the backswing. I thought, this sounds contradictory to those leg straightening threads on the site. Erik has already done a correction. Then the last lesson we went more down the route of feeling the right knee gains flex. It doesn’t, but the feeling keeps my knee position in a good range. Also, I just realized how much extra work my right hip needed to do to stabilize the body with the proper weight shift. Those glute and hip stabilizers got worked. 🤣 I wish this evolution in the golf instruction happened 20 years ago! 😭
    • I've been Playing Golf for: 40 yrs My current handicap index or average score is: 4.0 factor My typical ball flight is: Straight however sometimes slight draw. The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: squirt to the right due to to much arm not enough turn. • The first issue Erik spoke about is something we worked on for my swing during both GEARS sessions. GEARS was showing my pelvis center moving towards the ball during the back swing. I wasn’t the 4” guy though! This forced me to correct on the downswing to give myself space. My hip rotation was to high as well. We corrected it by first getting the weight off my heels in my stance and getting my posture correct. Then the feel was shifting back into my right hip at a 45 degree angle. This kept my pelvis center from moving towards the ball at the start of the backswing. I also didn’t sway back as much as I felt I did because of the angle I was shifting. Feel Ain’t Real. The cool thing about GEARS is as you work on something you can see the exact (Real) change happening. On video, it is much harder to spot this issue because of the 2D nature of filming. But I know what to look for now. Sadly, I was hurt all last year and most of this year so I really haven’t been able to work on it much. I did do a lot of backswing work though.
