910D2, Titleist offer better shaft selections for my swing speed. The thing is an utter beast as well, and very workable. That i can not stand white :p

WHICH HOLE DID YOU HIT IT ON? I USED TO PLAY AS A SINGLE PERSON DOWN THERE AND GET PAIRED WITH ALOT OF DIFFERENT PEOPLE, MET LOTS OF VERY NICE PEOPLE LOL ANYWAY I PLAYED ABOT TWICE A WEEK FOR TWO YEARS. I LOVE THAT COURSE WONDER HOW MIKE ( PRO ASSISTANT ) AND STEVE ADIMAK ARE DOIN? GREAT GUYS DOWN THERE AND A GREAT PLACE TO DEVELOP A GREATSHORT GAME LOL SORRY IF THIS IS IN THE WRONG THREAD BUT I HAVE A SOFT SPOT FOR THAT PLACE I SURE MISS IT.

I have an R11s three wood and it is great but I have never hit the driver. I was in Maui in September at Kapalua and I rented clubs which happened to be Titleist and the D2 9.5 degree stiff was absolutely awesome! One of the best drivers I have ever hit.

I still hit my old Biggest Big Bertha pretty well and I am too cheap to justify spending that much on a driver at the moment but if I was going to buy a new driver I wouldn't even hesitate to get the D2, it is a beast. Incredibly forgiving, great ball flight, good distance and the black clubhead looks great and is very easy to align.

Tried R-9 but went to Ping G-15. Good result but then went T 910 D2.  Best yet.  After 1 yr made adjustments that have resulted in even better performance.  Titleist has my vote!

This is an old thread.  But, I played the 910D2 for a couple of years.  Nice driver.  Welcome to the forum.

    • Day 292: light day today. Mirror work, working on getting my hips more open in the downswing.
    • Day 135 (27 Apr 24) - played Bradford Creek today while waiting for the missus fly in from her extended visit with the grands.  Good day to stay focused as it was a hurry up (groups pressing from behind) and wait (groups taking their time ahead)…a good day to stay mentally in the game - play the shot and not get frustrated in the waiting…
    • Day 122: 4/27/24 Supposed to be a Stack training day but I was beat after yard work today. Practiced chipping and putting at The Creek. The practice green is pretty slow but the session went well.
    • Went to the range today and was cursing myself when I got there as I realized I forgot my phone. I added an earlier wrist hinge to the short backswing I was using last time practicing and ball strikes were really good for the most part. I'm heading back to Boston Thursday to see friends and family and have a couple of rounds planned so I'm hoping to keep this feeling.  Yesterday morning I weighed in at 232. My goal had been 230 but maybe now it's 220. I'll have to think about that. I feel so much better without the extra 90 lbs. from 2 years ago. Still a softl slightly less protruding belly so it might be time to go hard on eating better. Work in progress.
