First deep ball mark.

Hit a 145 yard 8 iron today that went mighty high. It made my first deep ball mark that needed a little TLC. I fixed it up like new, I hope it heals well. I'm a photo freak, so I snapped one with the i-phone. I know there has been allot worse, but in a strange way I was proud of this one LOL.

my best ball mark on a green was also my longest confirmed tee shot carry of a ball.  I plugged it in the green from 324 yards away.  I fixed it the best I could, but it was a mess.  the ball was more than half in the ground and getting it out was difficult.

Cool. A ball mark is a nice feeling. Especially if it's a GIR too. You don't bring a pitch mark tool to let it rust in the pocket.
