I live in WI so our season is coming to an end. I was wondering if someone could give me a few workouts to help gain some flexibility/strength so I could gain a few yards I don't workout at all now so anything would be better than what I'm doing.

Anything that increases your core strength is going to improve your distance.  About your season coming to a close, I feel your pain.  I lived in Madison for 32 years and I will not be missing the Wisconsin winters.

Check out, Fix your Body, Fix your Swing by Joey Diovisalvi and Roger Fredrick's, Secrets of Golf Instruction and Flexibility .  Joey D workouts are very similar to the ones my physical therapist gave me to do to work on core and shoulder strength and flexibility.  They are easy to do and you can do them almost anywhere.  You can just use inexpensive resistance bands.  I do this when I travel too.

Roger Fredrick's flexibility program is also close to a PT's program.  I used both of these this year to rehab my shoulder and knee issues.  My iron distances leveled out about 10 yards further than last year.  It also keeps you from injury.    The instruction part of the book was so-so.
