There used to be many grips with a "reminder rib" that ran the length of the grip. There are very few now so when you read .580 R , the R stands for round. If you are among many who like the feel if the rib, make your own by simply buying some 8-inch nylon cable ties. Cut off the "locking end" and lay the tie on a piece of double-coated grip tape and install after marking the center of the shaft with a marking pen. (mark the bottom when the club is in the vice with a square face - then turn the club upside down...install the tape and tie). Reset the club square in the vice and install the grip. It is within the rules limit and provides a good feel.
