Well u could reduce loft of whatever set of irons u want by getting them bent, effectively reducing bounce, or u could close the face a little, and put the ball farther back in your stance....Curious as to why? Ground contact problems?

Have you considered using standard terminology? Go to the OEM websites, they'll surely have sole width (or depth in your case) listed for all their current products.
