Forearms are better.

My two cents are that your right elbow gets behind your shirt seam and gets behind you. I think working on keeping your elbows together will shorten your backswing and keep the elbow more in sync.

Thanks mchepp. I have been fighting my damn elbows for years haha. I have been all over that thread.

I have tried the nerf ball in between the elbows, with little success. I have even tied a sash from one of wife's dresses around my elbows, so they couldn't pull apart. She didn't really like that.

I'm going to pick up on of those aids in the elbow thread.
