I completely agree. No way a 15 handicap is that ignorant to the rules.  Hopefully their isn't some novice golfer out there who visited the site today and thinks some of these posts are the proper way to play.

If it was April first, I could maybe buy that, but until shown otherwise, I'm assuming that he's a nut case.

Well, for the frequent users he's easy to block. Unfortunately visitors to the site and the uninitiated won't know that so many of us feel the need to correct his posts so others won't take them as gospel. I understand the pathological need for some people to troll, but it seems rather dickish to do so on a golf rules forum.

At least he didn't name himself something credible like Rulesman though.
