I'm a university student researching the types of exercise programs golfers use to improve their swing or alleviate pain.

Can you please help me out by taking this 8 question survey? It should take less than 2 minutes. Thanks guys.

1. Are you a member of a private golf club?

2. How many rounds per year do you play?

3. Have you ever done exercise programs to alleviate pain or improve swing?

4. If so, what type of program?

5. Does your home golf course provide exercise programs?

6. Have you ever done yoga?

7. Would you be interested in a yoga program that alleviate pain or improved wing?

8. If not interested, please briefly explain why.

With the popularity of P90X I'm surprised more people here haven't tried yoga, it's one of the modules. That was my first experience. Far and away the most difficult thing in the program for me. It helps with flexibility but I had no unrealistic expectation I'd ever get yoga fit or anything. Requires a lot of dedication.

7.)  Yes.

8.)  A lot of traditional yoga includes spiritual garbage that renders it unappealing.  A dedicated sports yoga program would be fine.
