What irons do you tend to shape the ball with?

Hello,

Let me clarify the question. I mean which of the clubs do you tend to try and work the ball with- is it your mid irons, is it just your 4, heck, is it even your 9 iron. This is a person question, no right or wrong answer!

I don't work the ball unless it's absolutely necessary, but I can work the ball with just about every club except maybe my highest lofted wedges.

Mid irons and hybrid for me. I'm working on the driver but finding it really hard to hit a draw, (I have a natural fade). Will keep at it for those dog-leg left (I'm a righty).

I can work my longer irons more.. But thats just because of the flatter face ect. You'd do well to find someone who can really move a wedge in the air.

What ones can I work the ball with? All of them. What ones do I regularly work the ball with? Well, also all of them, but not very often. (That last part's the key.)

I can shape anything but my sw and lw.   5-pw work the way i tell them to.  Every club on down seems to "work" on their own schedule.  mostly to the right.
