I have to agree, i have a slightly wider foot, and the Puma's seem to run a bit wide. I love my pair of non-spike shoes, so comfy.

I love the true shoes as well.  Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.  I play in the mornings though and my original lTrue Tour shoes are usually like wet socks by hole 6.

I'd say TRUE Linkswear as well and in particular, the TRUE sensei since you want something more like a running shoe.

I understand the 2012 and '13 editions have resolved these issues from reading other posts about waterproofing...

Nice, because they are the best shoes out there otherwise.

Been sporting the Range shoes for the past season and a half. Hands down the most comfortable golf shoe I've worn to date. No slip, waterproof (I live in the northwest) and stylish.

The Nike Air Range are very comfortable. I have last years version waterproof and under $60. I also just picked up the Adidas adizero Dicks Sporting Goods Exclusive. $89 a bit cheaper than the standard adizero. So far they are very comfortable. Also waterproof and have platic spikes.

I love my True's, but in my humble opinion they are ugly as sin.  If they ever come out with some more traditional designs they will be pretty much all I wear.

You don't. Half the time, I play in running shoes. If you're swinging so hard that you need spikes to keep from slipping, you might be swinging too hard.

    • Day 33 (13 Dec 25) - Worked on weight shift and resetting the left heel during downswing (after listening to a discussion on Golf School this morning on PGA Tour Radio).  It centered on how Jack Nicklaus lifted his lead heel and how long driver champs do as well.  Taking cues from that discussion, worked an exaggerated feel of the left heel working doing some swing drill in the backyard using the 7i.  Wrapped up the session by hitting a few low bump and run shots in the backyard - keeping the process slow and exaggerated.
    • Day 123 12-13 Rotation and getting to lead side work. Recorded face on. Hit a few foam balls but did plenty of rehearsals today.

    • It may not have been block practice, though, is one of the main points here. You may have been serving and from the same place, but you were likely trying to do slightly different things. It seems that would only be blocked practice if you were trying to hit the same exact ball hit to you to the same exact place in the far court. I'm not sure that's as random as if the ball that you're given to hit is at different places, too, but again…
