So frustrated with my swing right now

The worst round score was a 55(9 holes at league).  It wasn't just the score that made it bad, it just felt like not a single shot was struck pure

The improved round(getting my swing back) with my daughter with me was a 41(9 holes). Since then my iron play is very good but my driver is still inconsistent but much better than it was

Latest range problem = bad sequencing. Years ago I took lessons from a Div. II college golf coach in Oklahoma. One of his best pieces of advice: Practice your driver and FWs first. These are the most physically tiring clubs to use, so practice them first thing after you warm up a little.

Did you stop every 10 minutes and walk around a little? This helps keep you loose during practice, and out of mental ruts.

Also, make sure you're not overswinging on your takeaway. If you keep reaching your hands beyond when your shoulder turn stops, this throws you off-balance. Then, you have to manipulate your hands to get things back under control.

To get the feel back, tee up the ball and try some chip swings with your driver. Feel the left hand pulling through the ball in balance. Then, go to half swings.... then, full swings. Give it a try.
