Help me find the name of this country song

It's an old country song and the premise is that an old man is chasing after a big catfish.  He grows his beard out swearing that he won't cut it until he catches the cat.  One day he catches the cat, lets it go, and cuts his beard off with scissors.  We are trying to remember the name of the song at work because one of our older gentlemen has been chasing after "Moby Red" a redfish that has evaded him for months.

I have tried google endlessly with no leads.
