Until he deals with his addictions he'll continue to self destruct on the golf course and in life.  The saddest part is we will never know how great a golfer he could have been if he wasn't such a mess.

They continue to enable him by giving him sponsors' exemptions (I am not aware of any performance exemptions that he may have left). I don't see that ending when he gets on the Champions Tour, as he is always a draw. He'll at least have the opportunity to get his act together.

Sadly have to agree with that. It almost seems like it's a battle not worth fighting with him, one moment he seems normal then you hear he's binge drinking and missing cut after cut.

Not sure about the normal part, but otherwise agree.

pretty sure he's the Charlie sheen of golf. Unless Dr. Phil decides to devote all his time to JD I'm pretty sure we're just waiting for the inevitable.

      Day 200 3-4 Wider back swing, arms up a bit higher, and added in some flow work to start getting a since of a full swing. Still focusing on arching wrist through downswing.

      It's going to be very difficult for the 2026 Masters to match the 2025 edition for storyline. I honestly don't know that anyone else in the field could match the story of Rory finally winning after so many years and the blow ups over the years, not to mention the career slam being completed. No one this year that I can think of is remotely close to that kind of story.
