1) Shift into your trail side, you're very stack and tilt.

2) Your back leg straightens at an extremely high rate and needs to be reduced like 300% or so. 

 

There are a lot of good videos on YouTube now that explain the weight shift way better than it was explained 10-15 years ago.

 

I skimmed thru this video only but it looks like it touches on the relevant info for you in regards to the weight shift.

And yea, you probably also need to feel like you're not straightening your back leg much at all on the backswing when you do this new backswing/drift thing. Feel more pressure into the ground or something there to "resist" that. Use video or a good pro to monitor the rate so you don't over-under do it.
