Im really just looking for what improvements will I have to make on my swing and any tips on how to advance and try to go on a become a scratch golfer.

Nice swing, and I see that you changed you miss from a hook to a shank. . .

@fitzirish check out this video. Feel like the direction of pressure traces more towards the toes of your left foot. You'll notice that you roll onto your left heel and this will have an effect on the direction the sweetspot travels.
