I have golfer's elbow, tennis elbow and Carpal Tunnel. I use CT Cream Plus. The CT stands for Carpal Tunnel. Works like a charm. My elbows used to hurt so bad, it was hard to even bring the club back. After a few weeks of using the cream, you won't know you even had a problem. I keep a jar by my computer at work and my computer at home. I apply a small dab every couple of hours. It slowly will relieve the pain and reduce the inflamation causing the pain. Try it. I've recommended it to many people and they all love it. You can get a 2 oz jar for about $11. It will last several weeks to months. I never recommend anything unless i really believe in it. http://ct-products.com/ct_cream.html Ever wake up with a sore neck? It is murder on the golf game. Spray a little Eucalyptus Oil on your neck, and the pain is gone. I keep a small bottle in my golf bag at all times. Good for any pains (like arthritis) and headaches too.

    • 43 (6 over) Couple bogies, couple Pars, a birdie and no doubles. Not bad for first 9 of the year.
    • Most the stuff I found on Instagram and just copy and mix it up. a few of my favorites: Clean>Squat>Press> March Around the body >catch >Squat> press I also hold a the kettle bell upside down with both hands on the handle. Squat when I stand back up I lift the kettlebell up over and behind my head and hold then repeat
    • Not sure this is the best thread but, if the rain holds off, today is my 1st round of the year.  Getting ready I can not find my Shot Scope.  I guess I put it away too well for the winter and thus that is may "Winter Depression".  I'm sure I put it somewhere that made sense at the time.
    • 44+39 for an 83. Figuring stuff out.
    • Day 288 - putted on my mat for a while listening to a presentation. Checking my head movement in the mirror, then just focusing on a good stroke.
