Played with the funniest guy in the world yesterday!

My god, this man had us in stitches for 4 hours! What made it worse is that he was a 8hcp! You can come across some real miserable buggers who play our sport, you know the kind if guy everyone calls "sunshine" at your club but by crickey I've never played with someone who was just so god damn fun to play with in my short golf career :) The best part is he wasn't mucking around during yesterday's game because the other chap on our group told me this is just who the guy is! Anyway, somewhere there is a comedy show on TV missing their comedian :) Regards Mailman

I play as a single or twosome quite often. The course will pair us (me) with some others. It is really enjoyable playing and talking with people form all over the world. My course gets lots of people visiting Florida (where I live). Sometimes there are duds, but not many. I tend to tell a few jokes at times, but I get serious when I address the ball.

Yep, time and place for everything. All the banter and carry on was in between shots otherwise it was just like the PGA Tour, but without the skill :) Regards Mailman

Sounds like a great guy.  Just a random pairing?  I'd try to play with him more often!
