It's hard to tell with the photo. The original words are "No teaching without passion". Some guy removed the "a" and "o", moved the "i". Dunno where he got the extra "i" at the end.

The sign is at a range. You can still see the letters at the end of passion so it's obvious when you're there someone rearranged the letters. I guess the photo doesn't convey that very well. It's like when the don't walk signal is a red hand and some guy covers the side fingers so then it looks like you're getting the finger when the don't walk light turns on. Sigh... Never mind. :-). I thought it was hilarious when I first saw it, guess you had to be there. :-)
