I ordered a couple of training aids (the shot shaper and the crush it) from golfshopcentral.com awhile ago and I haven't received the items or a shipment update. Is that site affiliated with 5SK or this site? I can't seem to locate any contact info for them. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

How long ago are you talking about?  I placed an order through them (2 dozen kick x balls) several weeks ago and immediately received an oder confirmation, however, I never received an email that they shipped.  They finally arrived last Wednesday.

I imagine it's just a small operation over there.

I have the same problem.  I ordered golf balls and every time I contact them they say that I cannot cancel the order and they do not know when I will receive the goods.  I am afraid they are running a scam or just incompetent.

I ordered the 5SK DVDs from them 6 weeks ago.  Got an order confirmation almost immediately.  A few days go by and I didn't hear anything so I called them...

1. "Your credit card was declined,"  they said.  To me, that warrants a "there's a problem with your order" email or phone call.

2.  So I called my credit card company and they say they have no record of the charge being attempted; the error is on the retailer's end.

3.  Call back golfshopcentral and they say, "ok, we'll try again in a few days."  Few days!?

4.  So I wait a week, and call back.

5.  GOTO 1

I figured that if they can't run the card correctly, they'll drop the order and so I bought the DVDs from a different online retailer (and got them within a week.)

6 weeks from when I ordered the discs from golfshopcentral, they appeared at my door.  Now I have to pay to return them.

So they didn't completely mess up my order but 6 week delivery times in 2015 -- without ANY communication to the customer -- is ridiculous.  I gave them my patience early on, because I figured they were a small company but that's pushing things.  Hire a part time shipping guy or something, but if nothing else, when the shipping is going to be delayed, they have GOT to notify the customer.
