This year is my second year of golfing but i'm not as good  as some though. Are there any ways to help me improve like some basic drills or possibly other clubs. I hit the farthest with my Tec+ 25 degree 5 wood. I know i'm suppose to hit farthest with my Tec+ 10.5 degree driver but it goes roughly 5-15 feet. My wood goes 12-20 feet. My other clubs are Tec+ 15 degree 3 wood, Tec+ 6 iron, Tec+ 7 iron, Tec+ 8 iron, Tec+ 9 iron, Tec+ putter simaler to the Black Velvet 110 Men's Right Hand Golf Putter with the arrow in the middle. I would like a hybrid but i'm not sure what to swap it out for or even what type of hybrid. Please help me become better

I'm sorry, but those distances just don't compute....5-15 FEET???

He calculates his distances based on how far he can throw the ball with each club in his other hand.

Welcome to the forum @Kptkoas .  There are a lot of way to improve.  One is to play a lot!  But other ways include smart practice.  We have a section here on this forum call Member Swings .  You can post a video of your swing with any club.  Folks will look at your swing an post suggestions on improvement to work on.

We also have a section call Swing Thoughts were @iacas and @mvmac , our two resident top notch instructors, post information on the golf swing and other parts of the game.  Those posts are excellent reads and help you understand how to approach improving.  The thread I would start with is:

The 5 Simple Keys are a set of commonalities that all good golf swings have. It is not a type of swing or a swing method.  Using the 5SKs you can incrementally improve your swing.  Getting better is a process and it can take time.  But it is worth it because we all want to be good at this game we love to play.  There are a bunch of great videos in that thread as well as the other threads in the Swing Thoughts section.

If you have any questions about using the site, check out our "Using the Site" section , and Little Things New Users can learn.

Here are some other great threads and more information on the sections I mentioned above.

    • Day 2:  I hit a bucket of balls this morning.  Not gonna lie, almost didn’t go since it was my first time going alone and it was a little intimidating.  I mostly hit with my driver (the last bit of balls was with my 7 iron).  The sun was in my face but I think the ones that had good contact with went the furthest yet (maybe 150 yards then a good roll?).  Once I switched to my 7, the first half of my balls were crap.  I’ve always hit my irons before my driver when practicing and done fine - does this make any difference or is it just because I’m so green?
    • It's likely per "category" of clubs, so irons would be one category, wedges would be a category, driver a category, fairway woods/hybrid a category, etc. They aren't going to charge you $50 per iron for a fitting. Almost all iron fittings are done with like a 6 or 7 iron, fitters don't carry full sets of every iron. So yes, if you use a 7 iron for the fitting and let's say you get fit into the P790 with a certain shaft, 1 degree flat and .5" longer than normal you would just order the full set of P790s with that shaft/lie angle/length combination and you'll be perfectly fine.
    • I think the $50 fitting price tag is per club. The clubs I am most interested in getting fitted for are irons. And I'd rather not spend a bunch on getting fitted for multiple irons. Would I be fairly safe to assume that choosing something like a 6 or 7 iron for fitting would likely relate to other lofts in the same configuration/make/model?
    • A Mevo is 500. Comes with little decals to hit balls inside too.
