Macgregor rt2w clubs. full set. circa 1958

I have an entire set of MacGregor RT2W Woods and Irons. I think they are from 1958. My grandpa gave them to me. Pretty good condition considering the age. Anyone know what the possible value would be?

Vintage clubs don't really have much value. Even the more popular iron sets can be purchased for $100 or less. If they have any sentimental value at all, I'd just keep them.

I have a full set of MacGregor MTs from circa 1973. Played with the irons (2i-10i + SW) from 1974-1994, the woods (1, 3, 4) from 1980-1994.

When I got fitted for some Ping Eye2 clones in 1994, the fitter suggested I just keep them as a history item because they were topline clubs for the 1970s. I got an old vinyl carry bag from the era, and have them at home. (Putter is an Acushnet Bullseye).

Younger players can try a 2 iron from the era, see how it flies.

Yeah, nobody seems to collect old golf clubs, and the ones that do only want the truly ancient hickory stuff. Everything else becomes scrap or a decorative item.
